FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS:

Fish  – 6 to 8 pieces
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 2 or 3


Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Fennel seeds – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder  – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Salt -to taste.
Oil – to fry

METHOD:

  1. Wash the fish and drain the water completely.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds in a mixie.
  3. Add grounded paste ,red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and lemon juice to the fish and marinate it for ½ an hour.

4 .Heat the pan, add oil and put 4-5 fishes in the pan.

5.Fry in low flame. Fry the fish on both sides till the color changes to dark and crispy.

6.Serve it as side dish.
