1.Beans-1/4 kg


3.Green chillies-2

4.Coconut(grated)-1/4 cup

5.Salt-to taste

6.Mustard seeds-1 /2 tsp

7.Urad dhal-1 tsp.

8.Curry leaves-5 leaves

9.Oil- 1 tsp


1.Wash the vegetable and chop it into small pieces.

2.Heat the pan, add oil,add mustard seed,wait till it crackles,add urad dhal,curry leaves,onion and chillies.Fry till onion turns light golden color.

3.Now add beans and salt. Mix well,sprinkle some water to cook the beans.

4.Close the pan with a lid.cook it in low flame.

5.After beans is cooked,add grated coconut to it, remove from stove.

6.Serve hot with rice and kulambu.
