INGREDIENTS:
1.Chicken-1/4 kg
2.Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
3.Red chilli powder-2 tsp
4.Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
5.Garam masala powder-1 tsp
6.Egg-1
7.Corn flakes flour-2 tsp
8.Lemon juice-2 tsp
9.Salt-as needed
10.Oil- for frying
11.Red food color-1/2 tsp.
12.Coriander leaves-for garnishing
METHOD:
1.Clean the chicken and wash it properly.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masla powder,egg,corn flakes flour,lemon juice,salt,red food color to the chicken.
3.Marinate it for 1-2 hours.
4.Heat the pan with oil, when oil is hot enough ,add the marinated chicken, deep fry it in a medium flame.
5.When Chicken becomes crispier and turns golden brown color,remove it from the flame.
6.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
